Privacy Policy — We Love RC

Effective Date: 07/23/2026

We Love RC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website in connection with community outreach events in Royse City, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a form on this site (such as an event sign-up or registration form), we collect the following contact information:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

We only collect this information when you voluntarily submit it through one of our forms.

Automatically Collected Information

Because this site is hosted through Wix, Wix may automatically collect certain technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and device information) and use cookies for site functionality, security, and basic analytics. This happens independently of the forms you may submit on our site. You can review Wix's own practices in the Wix Privacy Policy and manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or any cookie banner shown on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Register and coordinate your participation in We Love RC events

  • Determine event logistics (e.g., ordering the correct shirt sizes)

  • Contact you with event-related updates or reminders

  • Communicate with partner churches and pastors involved in coordinating the event, where relevant to your participation

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

3. How Form Submissions Are Processed

Form submissions on this site are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. When you submit a form, your information is transmitted to and briefly handled by Formspree in order to deliver it to us. Formspree's own privacy practices are described at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share the information you provide with:

  • Volunteers and organizers directly involved in running the event you signed up for

  • Partner churches or pastors participating in the specific event, where needed to coordinate your involvement

  • Service providers (like Formspree and Wix) who help us operate the site, solely for that purpose

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain the information collected through event forms for as long as reasonably needed to plan and follow up on the relevant event, and then delete or archive it. You may request that we delete your information sooner — see Section 8.

6. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian submitting it on their behalf (for example, a parent registering a child for a family-friendly event). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate parental involvement, please contact us using the information in Section 8 so we can remove it.

7. Your Choices

You may:

  • Decline to submit a form (though this may mean you cannot register for an event)

  • Ask us what information we have collected about you

  • Ask us to correct or delete your information

8. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please reach us through the contact form on this website.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, such as when we add new forms or features to the site. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.

This policy is provided as a general template and is not a substitute for legal advice. If you want extra assurance it fully complies with applicable law, consider having an attorney review it before publishing.
